Join us for an 8 week session of Zumba ® Fitness! Zumba is a latin based dance fitness program that is suitable for all fitness levels. Join a licensed Zumba ® instructor and you will get to dance to a variety of world rhythms all while having a great time. It's exercise in disguise!
